Don't Let a $50,000 Art Fair End After Four Days.
Transform your exhibition into a year of content that builds trust, attracts collectors, and keeps your gallery visible.
“Turn every exhibition into months of premium content that keeps collectors engaged, strengthens your gallery's brand, and gives your artists a reason to keep talking about you long after the fair ends.”
Daniel J. Maier
Artist & Founder of Atelier Hawk
What We offer:
The fair ends. Your marketing shouldn't.
Most galleries invest between $10,000 and $30,000 every time they exhibit at an art fair.
Then the fair ends. Booth fees. Shipping. Travel. Installation. Staff. Months of planning and coordination. Then the fair ends. What's left?
For many galleries, not much more than a few phone photos, a handful of generic posts announcing the fair, and the hope that enough artworks were sold. Everyone goes home. The booth is dismantled. The momentum disappears. And once again, months of preparation are reduced to just a few days of visibility.
You may have heard things like: "The right collector will eventually walk into the booth." "The fair is where the sales happen." "Once the fair is over, it's time to prepare for the next exhibition." There is some truth to these ideas. But they no longer reflect how today's art market works.
The Art Market Has Changed. Collectors don't make decisions the same way they did ten years ago. Before reaching out to a gallery, many collectors will visit your website. They'll look at your Instagram. They'll see how you present your artists. They'll ask themselves one simple question: "Is this a gallery I can trust?" Trust is no longer built only inside the booth. It's built long before — and long after — the fair itself. The galleries that continue showing up remain in people's minds. The galleries that disappear after every fair are quickly forgotten.
Today's strongest galleries don't treat an art fair as a four-day event. They treat it as months of marketing content. Showing artist, .conversation, installation, sold artwork, collector walking through the booth, behind-the-scenes moments. These are all opportunities to continue telling your gallery's story long after the crates have been shipped home.
Unfortunately, most galleries leave the fair with:
  • A few phone snapshots
  • Little or no professional video
  • Almost nothing to share with collectors afterward
  • Very little content that keeps their artists—and the gallery itself—visible in the months ahead
Meanwhile, the exhibition was already beautifully presented. The artists were there. Collectors were there. The atmosphere was there. Why not capture it professionally?
You've Already Made the Biggest Investment. You've already invested tens of thousands of dollars to participate in the fair. So ask yourself: Why let that investment stop working the moment the booth closes? For a small fraction of your exhibition budget, you can leave the fair with a professional content library that continues promoting your gallery, your artists, and your exhibitions throughout the year. One collector reconnecting because they saw your latest exhibition. One artist wanting to work with your gallery because of your professional presentation. One additional artwork sold through a follow-up email featuring beautiful exhibition content. One gallery application strengthened by high-quality visual documentation. Sometimes, that's all it takes for this investment to pay for itself many times over.

Why I created this package
I'm not just a photographer or videographer. I'm an artist myself.
Over the past few years, I've exhibited at art fairs including Art Miami, Art Palm Beach, Art Expo New York, and San Francisco Art Fair. I've experienced the art world from both sides — as an exhibiting artist and as someone deeply interested in marketing and brand building. One thing became impossible to ignore. Many galleries invest tens of thousands of dollars to participate in art fairs, yet leave with almost no professional content to show for it. Months of preparation. Beautifully curated booths. Great artists. Collector conversations. An incredible atmosphere. And a few days later... it's all gone. Most galleries move on to the next fair before they've fully leveraged the last one. That's a missed opportunity. Because today's art market isn't only driven by what happens during four days—it's driven by what people continue to see after the fair is over. That's why I created this service. To help galleries transform every exhibition into a library of professional photo and video content that continues building visibility, strengthening trust, and supporting both the gallery and its artists long after the booth has been packed away. Because in today's market, a successful exhibition shouldn't end when the fair does.
Unlike a traditional production company, I understand both the artistic and commercial side of the art world. I know what artists want to communicate, what collectors pay attention to, and how galleries can use content to stay relevant in a rapidly changing market.
Why Atelier Hawk Is the Right Partner for Galleries
Why Leading Galleries are investing in Content
01
I understand both sides of the Art Market
Unlike a traditional photo or video agency, Atelier Hawk was built from within the art world. As an exhibiting artist, I've experienced major international art fairs firsthand. At the same time, I've built my career by understanding marketing, branding, and the importance of long-term visibility. That gives a unique perspective. I understand what artists want, what collectors respond to, and what galleries need to remain competitive in today's changing market.
02
More Than Content — A Long-Term Marketing Asset
Every fair already contains months of valuable content. The artists. The exhibitions. Collector interactions. Visitors. Behind-the-scenes moments. Professional booth presentations. Instead of leaving the fair with only a few photos, you'll receive a professional content library that can be used across:
  • Showcase your newest work
  • Social media
  • Your website
  • Collector newsletters
  • Press & publications
  • Future fair applications
  • Artist promotions
Instead of disappearing after three days, your exhibition continues creating value for months.
03
Stay Visible Between Fairs
The most successful galleries don't only show up during art fairs. They remain visible all year long. Imagine your gallery still sharing professional exhibition content weeks and months after the event. Collectors continue engaging with your artists. New audiences discover your program. Artists see an active gallery that invests in their success. Every post, every video, and every story strengthens your reputation and keeps your gallery top of mind — long after the exhibition has ended.
